Our garage door was having general issues with wear and tear on 15+ year old motor and springs. Caleb and his brother were prompt with scheduling (next day), professional and timely with their work and communication. We hit an unexpected tech snag with set up but they were also quick to resolve. Our garage door is not only working again but better than before. Fair price and would recommend if any issues with garage doors.
I had actually first contacted a different business I found on Yelp that is situated in Newtown Square. They never showed up for the first estimate and "lost" my second scheduling, but did eventually get someone out. After the first incident I found Looking Up Garage Doors. From my first contact, I was impressed with how organized and professional this company is. Throughout the process I was kept up to date, including a photo of who would be coming to my home. A very professional and friendly Destin did my assessment. The estimate was quite reasonable and I immediately hired his company. On the day of installation I again got a photo of Caleb, who would be the main installer. He arrived as scheduled, again was very professional and friendly. When I eventually got my estimate from the first business, it was several hundred dollars higher. When I started my search I had no idea or personal recommendations so I was flying blind. I was so lucky to find "Looking Up" and would rate them 10 out of 5 if possible. This is truly an excellent family small business. Thanks Ben for trusting this next generation with the business!
