Professional and on time.

Heard a loud noise in garage and then garage door wouldn’t open. LookingUp came the same day (only a few hours after I called) and assessed the situation. He got my garage door open immediately (thankfully didn’t need to go out but if I had, the trapped cars were available). He had to run back to warehouse to get parts but was back quickly and completed the job in about an hour. He was knowledgeable and respectful, and explained what he’d fixed. Price was less than expected. Would highly recommend.
