Very happy with the service we received. They were able to come out quickly and get our garage door functioning again. The different options were laid out with no pushy sales pitch. I am very happy with the solutions offered and their honest evaluation. Our whole family is excited to be able to open the garage door again.

These guys show up on time, and just get the job done, and done right. Had them out to fix another installers work, and then again to install new track closer to garage ceiling, and convert it from manual to power with the new lift master opener. Worth every penny. The guys are clean, communicate clearly, and are a breath of fresh air in an unfortunate world where finding good contractors like this can be a much bigger chore than what it should be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We arrived home at about five p.m. and found our garage door would only open about 12 inches. We called Looking Up garage doors and a technician was at our house at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. The technician Michael O’Donnell diagnosed the problem as a broken spring and replaced it and serviced the whole system and was finished by 9:30 a.m. We rated our experience with Looking Up as excellent for their promptness and professionalism.

Great service. Our torsion spring broke and disabled the garage door. Service was scheduled the same day. We were texted when the serviceman was to arrive. He had all of the necessary parts and did a great job in replacing the broken part and servicing the whole mechanism. He explained everything and reviewed issues that may affect our old garage door opener. Pricing was transparent. As a customer, you get added comfort when the service provider extols the quality work that his company does. I would use this company for any future needs – – which is a question of when not if – – and would recommend them to anyone.
