Our garage door went completely unresponsive earlier this afternoon. Dustin came before the dinner time and quickly fixed the problem. Because it was a reset button tripped, no charge was applied. Excellent service! We will definitely use them again.

Dustin and his crew did an excellent job installing a nice new garage door for us. Firstly their quote was a fair one (unlike a competitor who quoted us 50% higher). They communicated well, turned up first thing in the morning on the day of the install, completed the install in just a few hours and did a quality job.

The spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday. Called Looking Up and they came out within 2 hours! We have used them for years and always found them to be on-time offering quality work and products. I’ve now called them for my new house. Mike was great - showing me what needed to be done, explaining the pricing and warranty, completely the work promptly and even blowing the leaves out of my garage.
