Destin, the technician, diagnosed the problem immediately upon seeing the garage door. He asked a few questions about how the door was running then got to replacing hinges and the springs. Finished the work in under 1 hour. Helpful, courteous service. Only place I will use for my garage door from now on.
We had such a fantastic experience having our garage door replaced and cannot stress enough how this business goes the EXTRA mile to make sure everything works out and is installed just exactly right! The people make a business and for sure everyone we had contact with was super informed and made sure we were as well. We used them years ago as well, and for sure this company is the best in integrity, work ethic, and competency in installing everything. The owner even drove personally up to Bristol to get us the grids that weren't included in the delivery for our door!! I searched this business online because of its 5 star rating on Google. I called them in the morning for some issues with my garage door. Andrew explained the costs and arranged a crew to be sent the same morning. Caleb and Mike worked on both our garage doors and did an excellent job. Caleb explained about connecting the new Garage opener to the MyQ app and how to operate the camera. After they finished their work cleaned up and left no trace that they had worked in the garage. I would unreservedly recommend this business.
Service was prompt (on a Saturday!). My wife's car was stuck in the garage and we could not open. The service was professional, very reasonable pricing and did a fantastic job. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Quick, friendly, reliable. I called suburban and within an hour someone was at my house fixing my garage door. The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and gave me a price upfront so there was no surprise when the invoice came in. I wasn’t even home and they still out to fix the door. Highly recommend suburban for any garage door needs.
