These folks are awesome! Most recently, Mike came to replace an opener that was probably at least 20 years old. He was courteous and thoughtful; he asked me if I had any meetings (which I did) and was able to complete the work around them, enabling me to not miss a beat!

Knowledgeable and professional

I had a fantastic experience with this garage door service. The technician, Andrew, was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, kind, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my door and walked me through how everything worked so I fully understood the repairs. Quick and professional response to a broken garage door spring. Excellent work and would recommend.

The spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday. Called Looking Up and they came out within 2 hours! We have used them for years and always found them to be on-time offering quality work and products.
