Just had a fantastic experience with a repair and maintenance of a garage door by Jestin at Looking Up Garage Doors. From the initial call into Ben to schedule to Jestin’s arrival and fix ….All within 4 hours. You know when they are coming to your location and advised of timing along the way which was great. He immediately identified the issue , fine tuned the correction and performed additional lubrication of all joints. Great service and great family owned company.

Destin came out and installed a new garage door opener that doubles as a drone and an X-box and a smartwatch and can optimize and submit your taxes in seconds. The new garage door opener can even, via an app, open the door if you are standing on the moon. Of course I'm exaggerating a bit, teasing the new garage door opener's fancy technology, but, regardless, it works really well, goes up and down nearly silent (sans rumble) at the press of a button -- it's like magic really, as good as it could be, not needing bells or even whistles beyond that basic up/down remote functionality. Destin answered all my questions, seemed to install everything efficiently, inspected our other garage door opener (ie, not the one getting replaced), treated the springs, and came back out to the house about an hour after installation after I screwed everything up by pressing a couple buttons while trying to figure out the app, which I ultimately decided wasn't necessary. We'll eventually replace the old garage door opener for the other bay -- and I will not hesitate to call Looking Up.
